This weekend is a very important one for many people in many towns across Ireland and even the world! But for Team Gavin you can multiply that by at least 2 and maybe even more! As demonstrated by Aoife Staic during the week fund raising doesn't stop just because we are in the eye of a 2 week party storm! While most will spend St Stephens Morning tucked up in bed with their new toys and hangovers Team Gavin have decided to push themselves to the very limit of their being again. Fair play to them. Thomas is looking forward to competing in the of-late-not-so-annual Belgooly 4 mile road race to try and improve on his times that have, to date been pathetic in the extreme! Gavin will line out for UCC against Cork Con first XV in the annual Crowley Cup Tie at Temple Hill where he is expected to be handing out tries like Santa Claus at a Christmas party as is tradition! The enormous Tight Head Center from Tower West has promised that although he will be wearing the skull and crossbones he will have the dental outreach emblem emblazoned across his chest underneath! When speaking to him outside Moss Finn's Corner on Wednesday night he slurred "There will be alot of people there with new iPhones for xmas and if i take my top off after the match to reveal my Dental Outreach Tee they will be gunning for the donate button on their touchscreens!"
