TG2: Never Gives Up

There was no time for stressing about exams at TGHQ this weekend as we edge closer to the Dental Outreach Golf Classic that is due to take place on Friday next at Muskerry Golf Club. Thanks to the never say die, back breaking labour by the king of logistics himself, Gavin Nugent, it promises to be a great day out.
In other news a huge improvement was made at Ballybunion on Saturday where TG1 completed the half marathon in 1 hour and 32 minutes and was placed 37th overall in a field of at least 40! It could be said that it was a double celebration as not only did he knock 45 minutes off his time in Clonakilty in December (he must have got lost, i mean 45 minutes... come on!) but he also beat his sister by 5 seconds despite her sly attempt to sneak up and pass him out just yards from the finish line.
