Murf goes it alone in Weekend Runanaganza

Murf: Marathon World Record Holder
With alot of mileage already on the clock you'd be forgiven for thinking it would be the elder statesman that sits out the biggest road running challenge for Team Gavin to date! However its a lone journey for the oldest member of Dentistry Year 4 as he hits the road in just over 9 hours to complete a freezing, rain sodden 13.2 mile bone crusher of an event in the bleak and murky depths of West Cork famous for its pigs blood and breakfast. Having suffered a loin strain at rugby camp the long and boxy UCC tight head prop Gavin Nugent was today reported to have made himself unavailable to race much to the disappointment of his fellow team member. Its going to be a busy 48 hours for the 26 year old member of TG who plans to rush home from Clon to pick up the shopping in Wilton before heading to UCC where he works as a part time janitor in the IT department! On sunday morning TG hope to reestablish their alliance to lead the Dental Outreach charges in the Simon Christmas 4 mile run at the Marina! Having had to dip into his mums pension to pay the registration fee this half of TG is hopeful that many if not all readers will click the 'like' button at the start of the next line!
