UCC Dental Outreach 2012: Please help with our dental outreach fund raising campaign

What is it all about?

Dental Outreach is an opportunity for UCC dental undergraduates to travel to less privileged areas to provide a dental service to those in need who cannot afford fundamental dental treatment. It is invaluable experience for dental students to develop their skills prior to graduating. This year 4th years Tom and Gavvy (Team Gavin) started a blog in order to increase awareness about the different events being organised to raise funding for the volunteer program in Nepal in July. They will be mainly partaking in advertised road races in the Cork area, that increase in distance until they arrive at the Cork City Marathon in early June 2012.
